R U OK? Day - 13 September

In line with our Mission and Values, ACU is committed to supporting the wellbeing of staff members. So, on 13 September we’re encouraging all staff to check in with those around us for R U OK? Day. This national day of action is led by the R U OK? Foundation and is dedicated to reminding people to regularly check in with family, friends and colleagues.

Taking part can be as simple as learning some tips so you can feel more equipped to have a conversation that could change a life. Simply listening and not judging can make a difference. The day is about inspiring people to start these conversations every day of the year. Read 10 tips on how to have a conversation on R U OK? Day, as well as throughout the year.
