These services include:

  • front line enquiry services for students
  • support for academic decision-making processes through academic policy formulation;
  • operational support for student and academic-related administrative matters;
  • process improvement initiatives that improve the student and faculty user experience

Led by the Academic Registrar and Director, Student Administration, the Directorate consists of four core divisions:

 

Office of the Academic Registrar

Responsible for student policy and appeals; and the AskACU Contact Centre and Campus Centres.
