We know it can be difficult to balance work and family life. In fact, according to research, one in three parents report conflict between their work and family roles (Perkins, 2016). The seminar addresses the challenges and benefits of being a working parent, helps to understand the impact of high stress levels on parenting and identifies practical strategies and skills to manage these competing roles.
The seminar will be delivered by a representative from our Employee Assistance Program, AccessEAP and will cover:
The seminar is directed at working parents but may also be of interest to anyone wanting to learn more about how to support the working parents in their lives.
