Take some time to familiarise yourself with the interface. Some of the things to look out for on the LEO home page include:
- Burger icon: click to open the Main Navigation menu on the left (click to toggle on and off).
- Profile menu: click your name in the top-right corner to show the menu).
- Calendar: a summary of events happening in your units.
- Dashboard: provides access to all your LEO units.
- My units: a list in the Navigation menu of your currently in-progress units.
- Staff Notices: important information and updates for staff on the LEO home page.
- Help: click to access LEO Technical Support.
- Unit admin blocks: unit creation, evaluation data and other administrative features will appear here.
Unit administrative functions
The blocks on the right-hand side of the LEO home page provide both students and staff with links to LEO Guides, ACU Library, LEO technical support, the Academic skills unit, and your ePortfolio.
In addition to these, staff with the Editing Lecturer role may also access:
- The Unit Creation block to create units and enrol student cohorts in units.
- Evaluations data for your units.
- Any other site functions relevant to your LEO role.
My units in the Navigation menu
The My units list in the navigation menu is useful for quickly navigating to your other units from wherever you are in LEO. However, this will only show units currently in progress:
