The myVoice survey continues to provide valuable insights into the employment experience at ACU and has informed strategies and actions each year it has been held (2009, 2011, 2014, 2017 and 2019).

myVoice is open to all continuing, fixed-term, casual and sessional staff.

Feedback collected through myVoice helps the University to focus on the areas that need improvement as well as celebrate the areas where we are doing well.

The results from previous myVoice surveys have informed improvements across ACU. See examples that demonstrate how we have used the results of previous surveys to improve ACU as a place to work and to support strategic objectives.

myVoice and confidentiality

myVoice has been developed by Voice Project, an external research and consulting company which specialises in designing and administering staff surveys across a variety of industries.

The University’s results are independently analysed by Voice Project. Voice Project psychologists are bound by a professional code of ethics, and the processing methods ensure confidentially for everyone who completes the survey.

Results reported back to ACU do not contain personal data and are aggregated into groups, so all responses are anonymous.
