As part of your Induction at ACU, you are required to take part in all components within the first six months of employment at ACU.

1-on-1

Ongoing conversations with your supervisor are crucial to supporting induction at a local level. These conversations help to clarify expectations of your role, discuss resources, preferred ways of working and your learning needs, and are an opportunity to give and receive feedback about your progress.  On commencement, your supervisor will organise a time to meet to discuss your new role and to answer any questions you have.

E-Essentials is a range of online modules, covering topics that you need to know in order to be legally compliant.

You have six compulsory modules to complete:

  4. Online Privacy Awareness.

  6. Child Safe Organisations.

These are available on the ‘My Learning’ homepage on the Professional Learning Hub.
