The Digital Marketing team is responsible for the delivery of University marketing campaigns. This involves the use of above and below-the-line digital media such as digital search, social and display advertising and the use of broadcast email and SMS. The team also manages offline media such as out-of-home and billboards and some limited print and radio advertising

The Digital Operations Team manages a portfolio of digital projects and initiatives that seek to improve the experience for prospective and current students and staff through new. The team manages the strategy and development of new websites, webpages and web sections and also assists staff with the day-to-day upkeep of their websites and content.

The Digital Projects and Customer Relationship Management Team are responsible for key projects such as the Student Portal and Course Browser projects. The team are also responsible for the CRM.
