This month the wellbeing calendar theme at AccessEAP is Men’s Wellbeing.

Register now for the fourth video conference in our Wellbeing Series – Men’s Wellbeing.

This presentation outlines the growing evidence that more men are seeking personal and professional support at times of high stress and anxiety. An overview of statistics highlights that despite the ongoing presence of the 'macho factor' in our society, men are reaching out more than before provided they have a safe and confidential space to do so. This session outlines ways for men to identify and manage stress, and provides 10 tips to promote wellbeing. The session concludes with information about how men can access further support through relevant services and websites.
