These LEO tools enable students to upload assignment submissions for feedback and review.
The Assignment tool allows students to upload their assignments in a digital format. It accepts many different file formats, including Word documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and online audio recording. It allows students to submit an ePortfolio Page or Collection as an assessment task, as well as enabling students to embed media for video submissions.
Turnitin compares a student assignment with a database of websites, research papers and other student assignments, It generates a report identifying text matches between the submission and other sources in the database. Turnitin Feedback Studio provides feedback options such as comments, rubrics or grading forms. It also includes a simple peer review option.
Workshop is a peer assessment and peer-review activity. Students are able to receive and provide feedback and/or assessment on each other’s' submissions. Each LEO tool includes different feedback and marking options, results are displayed to students in the Gradebook.

Quiz is a set of questions presented to the learner within your LEO unit. There are many different question types you can add to your quiz, including multiple choice, matching items, essay, and true/false.
The Lesson activity can be used to create an adaptive learning experience for students. Depending on the student's choice of answer; they may progress to the next page, be taken back to a previous page or redirected down a specific pathway.You can create very simple sequences within the Lesson tool, or set up complex, many-branched structures that tailor the learning very closely to students' needs.
A Forum is a discussion tool facilitating asynchronous discussions in the form of posted messages. The concept of the Forum is based on a user posting a topic or question, and then receiving responses from either teaching staff or students. While forums primary purpose is a communication tool, there are 5 different types of discussion forums you can set up for students.
Feedback Fruits is a Peer Review and Group Evaluation tool that provides additional collaboration options in your unit. Using this tool, students can work individually or in groups to submit and review the work of their fellow students, their own team members, and themselves via self-reflection.
H5P allows you to create a variety of interactive resources, and several of these content types can be used for the purposes of assessment, such as quizzes, interactive videos, branching scenarios, flash cards, and mini-games used to test knowledge and memory.
A Database is flexible in terms of format and structure. At its most basic, a Database is made up of templates and fields. Templates dictate how the Database will display visually, while fields dictate the types of data the Database will store and manage. A database can be a useful way to encourage students to contribute to the class's learning.
The Glossary can be used as a collaborative activity, where students are able to create and maintain definitions; or it can be edited and maintained exclusively by teaching staff. You can use a glossary as a space where definitions are proposed, discussed and refined with input from students.
A Wiki can be collaborative (with everyone in your LEO unit being able to add and edit pages), or individual (everyone in the LEO unit has their own Wiki which only they can edit). Wikis are also particularly useful as part of a group work activity.
