Videos you've uploaded using the Media Upload function, or that have been created and uploaded from Universal Capture, can be downloaded to your computer for storage or use elsewhere. You can only download videos that you are the owner of (not your tutor's or your classmate's videos).

1. Log into Echo360.org.au
2. When prompted, enter your ACU email address (please use your student email address with your name, not student number) and click the Submit button.     
3. When prompted by a username and password dialogue box, enter your ACU username and password and click "OK".
4. You will now be taken to your content library.
5. For the video you wish to download, hover over it and click the menu icon (blue button with three dots).
6. Click the the More Actions button to reveal additional menu options.
7. Click the Download button (see image right).

A download window will appear that gives you options of which video stream and at what quality you wish to download:

If you've recorded a video with multiple video streams (such as screen and webcam at the same time) you can download each version separately with the audio by selecting one of the thumbnails. In the image above, the thumbnail on the left (selected) is the screen recording, the thumbnail in the center is the webcam recording. You may also select a third option on the right, which is the audio-only version of the recording.

5. Select one of the image thumbnails to choose the video stream or audio-only option that you wish to download.
6. Select a quality of download by clicking one of the blue buttons below the thumbnails:
   1. The first button is the low quality option - smaller file size but reduced quality
   2. The second button is the high quality option - larger file size and best quality
      Note: the download options will change depending on the version you choose.
7. When prompted, save the file to to your computer.
