The Performance Review and Planning (PRP) process provides a framework for identifying, evaluating and developing performance that assists staff to meet individual professional and work goals as well as their collective work area and organisational goals. This information session is available to help guide professional staff who are employed on a continuing or fixed-term basis for a period greater than 6 months.

What will I learn?

You will learn how to:

  • Prepare for the PRP conversation using the professional staff checklist;
  • Have a great conversation with your nominated supervisor;
  • Utilise the tools and resources available to assist you;
  • Evaluate your own performance;
  • Set objectives using the SMART principles.

You will also develop a better understanding of the University’s PRP process in the context of its Mission and strategic goals.
