While a phased roll-out of services into Service Central will continue until May 2019, information about all the staff services provided by the Corporate Service Portfolio is available now via the Service Central portal. This makes the Service Central portal the place to start if you are seeking information on services provided by IT, Properties and Facilities, HR, Finance, Marketing and External Relations, Office of General Counsel, Governance, Office of Planning and Strategic Management and Student Administration.
The Service Central knowledge base is being continually updated and below is a sample of the 65+ new knowledge articles that have been added over the last month:
Option 1: Simply log-in to the Service Central portal and type your question into the search bar.
Option 2: Click the ‘Info and FAQs’ button on the Service Central home page, which will display a listing of all the relevant services and their service information.
To request a service - click Request Something in the Service Central portal and find the relevant request form.
Services for staff available now via Service Central include those provided by: IT, HR, Properties & Facilities, Finance, Marketing and External Relations, Office of General Counsel, Governance and Office of Planning and Strategic Management.
From 3 May 2019 you will also be able request the services for staff provided by Student Administration.
You can also request help by calling Service Central on (07) 3623 7272, between 7.30am and 6.30pm weekdays.
