Applications are now open for the ACU staff scholarships for Certificate IV in Business Administration and Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.  Both programs are nationally recognised qualifications, aimed to support staff enhance their current performance or take their career to the next level. In line with the 70:20:10 model for learning, the programs provide practical on-the-job development coupled with formal learning.

The Certificate IV in Business Administration is a nationally recognised qualification, focused on providing staff with a range of administrative and business skills including understanding business systems, following procedures and utlising essential technology. The program is designed to assist staff in developing confidence in communication and collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.  Download application form.

The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management in Leadership and Management is a nationally recognised qualification, aiming to equip staff with skills to supervise and lead teams, appropriately delegate tasks and activities and manage conflict in the work environment. The program is designed for staff moving into a supervisory position wishing to gain fundamental supervisory and leadership skills to assist in managing in a complex, modern organisation.  Download application form.
