Communicate with Impact

ACU staff are invited to participate in one of the upcoming Communicate with Impact training workshops.

The one-day workshop, presented by the Maura Fay Group, explores how to communicate successfully in the many different situations encountered in the workplace; clarifying purpose and creating an environment conducive to sharing ideas and possibility.

The workshop is aimed at equipping individuals with the techniques to:

  • Build healthy relationships with colleagues to increase clarity and productivity
  • Apply steps to rapport building and active listening in communication
  • Use strategic communication techniques to achieve outcomes

How do I register?
Register for the training via Staff Connect using the following steps:

  1. Click the link to Staff Connect on the staff website and log in using your staff username and password
  2. Click on 'Professional Development', then 'course search' and submit
  3. In 'course type description' search for the course code
  4. Select the course dates then click on the icon in the last column to register.
