The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is a nationally-recognised qualification designed for developing and improving the competencies of professional staff supervisors, assistant supervisors and team leaders.

Apply now for a scholarship which covers the full course fee to complete the Certificate. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements outlined below and be prepared to complete the program within 18 months (or less) from the Certificate commencement date (April 2017). The program is aimed primarily at professional staff supervisors, assistant supervisors and team leaders who are continuing full-time or fixed-term staff of greater than two years duration and are Australian citizens or hold the relevant Visa for study in Australia.

Scholarship applicants must have read, understood and agreed to the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management Policy.

• supervise others, give direction and lead teams;
• have the full support of their supervisor to undertake the program as outlined in their Performance Review and Planning Program (PRP);
• are committed to studying approximately 2.5 hours per week to complete the Certificate IV Leadership and Management within an 18 month period.
