How to launch an Adobe Connect meeting

  1. If you're using the External Tool activity, click the 'Join' button for the room you wish to enter:

  2. Or, if you have a URL for the meeting room instead, copy and paste the address into your web browser and press 'Enter'.

The meeting room should now open in the Adobe Connect application.

Hosting a live session

Running a live classroom using Adobe Connect requires a bit of knowledge, practice, and some planning.

Below are a few resources to help you on the journey. It is important to prepare for a live classroom session, including ensuring participants have the correct set up and can navigate the interface.

It is strongly recommended that headsets are used by hosts and any participant who wishes to use a microphone to talk during a live classroom.
