The Mother Teresa Building (MTB) project proposes a new multi‐storey development adjacent to and overhanging the Mary Glowrey Building (MGB) at 115 Victoria Parade, Fitzroy. The new twelve storey (above ground) building will be directly connected to the MGB at all levels. It is proposed that the two buildings will effectively operate as a unified whole, providing ACU with a new centre of Learning and Teaching on the St Patrick's Campus in Melbourne.
The MTB includes seven basement levels to meet parking, cycling and back of house needs. The MTB is planned to open in Mid-2022.
