Considers the recommendations from Director Properties and Facilities, and Director Information Technology on proposed projects and the priorities and allocations in the Infrastructure Plan. Overseeing Infrastructure Plan, capital priorities, cashflows and projects. Makes recommendations to delegated authorities for capital projects, allocations and plans.
