AccessEAP, the University's Employee Assistance Program provider has developed a fact sheet that can help individuals to create the support they may need during such times.

Counselling support

All ACU staff (excluding casual staff) can access a free and confidential counselling service to discuss personal, family or work issues with a qualified and experienced counsellor.  The University’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is an external service run by ACCESS Programs, which can provide free and confidential counselling sessions in person or over the phone.

The EAP can be contacted at any time, seven days a week - call 1800 818 728.
